Chin’s is Los Cabos’ newest Chinese Food option created by partners John Pentz, Angel Carbajal and Chef Mr. Wong. The ribbon was cut on May 25th., after months of anticipation and to the delight of a group of lucky people who got to try their food before anybody else.

The new restaurant’s prime location within The Shoppes at Palmilla is backed by the same group of partners behind Nick San and we were pleasantly surprised by the kind word of Mr. Pentz saying that while Chin’s is Los Cabos finest Chinese food option, they have local-friendly prices and that people can expect the same standard of quality their previous ventures are known for.

After the ribbon cut, the partners invited us over to Privé for a cocktail to celebrate the culmination of months of hard work. The place looks great, relaxing, comfortable and it’s just what many people were expecting. After all, good chinese food is very hard to find in Los Cabos… or it used to be.
